The Randolph Raiders are excited to announce Jordan Lee as the new Head Cheer Coach for the upcoming season!

Jordan's coaching career began as the Assistant Varsity Coach at Randolph last season, where she made a significant impact. She holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Alabama, with a Master's in Sports Business Management. Her impressive career includes roles at The Masters, The Super Bowl, The Olympic Training Center, and The University of Alabama Athletics. Currently, she is the Manager of Physician Relations and Marketing at SportsMED Orthopedic Center, where she has been thriving for nearly five years.

Director of Athletics Mike Morris says, "We are thrilled to welcome Jordan Lee as our new cheer coach. Her extensive background in cheerleading and her passion for the program here at Randolph is evident when you speak with her. Jordan’s commitment to core values will make her a perfect fit for our program. We are confident that under her leadership that our cheer program will continue to excel in every aspect. "

When asked why she chose to pursue this job, Coach Lee said, “Cheerleading has always been a passion of mine. Being brought on last year as Assistant Varsity Coach was such an incredible first year coaching! As a head coach with my prior experience, I have a strong desire to make a positive impact on young athletes. Coaching allows me to share my love for the sport, mentor young athletes, and help them develop their skills, confidence, and teamwork.”

When asked to explain her coaching style and how it would feel to be coached by her, Lee said, “My coaching style is inclusive, energetic, and detail-oriented, aimed at creating a supportive and positive environment for all athletes. I prioritize interaction with my cheerleaders, inviting their opinions and getting to know them individually. Understanding each athlete’s strengths, weaknesses, and personal goals allows me to tailor my coaching to help them achieve their best. We are a TEAM!”

Coach Lee has seen her share of success. Her cheerleading journey began at the age of five with Mayfair Cheerleading and continued as Captain at Huntsville High School. Her extensive experience in competitive cheerleading includes participating in Worlds and Nationals four times in two years, showcasing her dedication and skill in the sport. When asked how she defines success and what that would look like for her program, she said, “If you focus on what brings you together rather than your differences, you'll be a lot more successful. Student Athletes will become something bigger than themselves, and I hope I can contribute to make a small difference."

The Randolph Raiders are confident in Coach Jordan Lee’s unwavering commitment to the cheer program. Her dedication to the athletes, the sport, and the overall mission of Randolph School makes her the ideal choice for the reins.
