Arts and Athletic Program Sponsorship

Sponsorship Levels-

$10,000-

• Exclusivity to one named athletic tournament or Arts in Education week, and to include school purchase of a branded giveaway at the event, not to exceed $500.
• Plus, all opportunities listed below.

$5,000-

• Logo placement on top banner ad space of Randolph athletic website.
• Logo placement in programs for major arts events including Candlelight Concert, Upper School fall play, and spring musical.
• Plus, all opportunities listed below.

$2,500-

• Acknowledgement during game time announcements at all home games for varsity football, varsity boys and girls basketball and soccer, and varsity baseball and softball.
• Recognition in weekly Raider Rally athletic e-news and in bimonthly Arts Perspective e-news sent to all Randolph parents.
• Plus, all opportunities listed below.

$1,500-

• Recognition in five campus locations: Garth Athletic Fields, Shields Jones Athletic Center, Thurber Arts Center, Knight-Lowe Gym, and Rhett Fine Arts Center.
• Logo recognition on Randolph athletic website in a prime location.
• Plus, all opportunities listed

$500-

• Recognition at one Arts or Athletic event.
• Listing in programs for major arts events including Candlelight Concert, Upper School fall play, and spring musical.

Sponsorship opportunities are designed for corporate partners. All Randolph families wishing to restrict their personal donations to Arts and/or Athletics should do so through the Randolph Fund. More information about this can be found here: https://www.randolphschool.net/about/give/.

Annual sponsorship runs for the School’s academic year July 1 to June 30. Campus signs are updated January 8. Signed sponsorship commitments are due to Randolph on August 1. Payments are due August 15. Sponsorship support is tax-deductible as allowable by law.
