The Raiders Outdoor Track & Field teams started the outdoor season off competing at the “Early Bird Battle Royale” this past Saturday, February 24th at James Clemens High School. At this meet we had 37 personal records.
After a long day at the track, our Randolph girls tied for 4th place with Lawerence County High School with 43 points. Our Randolph boys tied for 9th place with Lawerence County High School with 14 points. James Clemens High School won both girls and boys with a score of 167 and 204 points. We are proud of how our raiders competed and can’t wait to see what the rest of the season holds!
The next meet our Raiders will be competing at is the “Black & Gold Classic” in Scottsboro, AL on Friday, March 1st. After that, we will have a two week break for Interim Week and Spring Break. We will be right back on the track to compete at the “NOALA Jr. High Gold Circuit” in Harvest, AL. on Monday, March 18th. Go Raiders!
