Girls Tennis

The Randolph Lady Raiders return 5 of 6 players from last season’s Sectional Champion team and are ready to do it all again. “This group is special,” stated Head Coach David Garrison. “I’ve never seen a group work so hard to help each other improve.” Sophomore Lova Stenberg and Junior Emma Skinner will lead the Raiders at the #1 and #2 singles spot as well as #1 doubles. 8th grade phenoms Erin Cook and AK Jones will plays #3 and #4 singles and #2 Doubles. We have a family affair at #5 and #6 with Superstar sisters Freshman Mica Bedoya-Roig and 7th grader Valentina Bedoya-Roig who will also play #3 doubles. Our first match is on February 22nd vs New Hope at Athletic Club Alabama at 4:00pm. Come on out and support our outstanding girl’s tennis team.


Boys Tennis

For the first time in 4 years, the Randolph boys tennis team is the pre-season favorite to win the Section 8 tournament. The Raiders are returning all 8 players from last season’s 3rd place finish. Leading the Raiders are 8th grade sensation David Friedt at #1 singles and Junior phenom Paul Lee will represent at #2 singles. Returning singles sectional champion (4 singles) Tru Bynum is poised for another great year and Andy Gia continues to improve all aspects of his game, especially overheads! Fawad Ismail continues to show great strides with his footwork. Lefty Jazz Dhaliwal has put in work over the offseason and is ready to unleash his serve and volley skills on his opponents. Rudhra Patel continues to show improvement and will be a major contributor to the success of the team. Freshman Samuel Billions brings incredible quickness and big shot capabilities and the always steady Adi Gowda rounds out this imposing tennis squad.
