Greetings Raider Nation!

As our fall sports prepare for postseason play and our winter sports get underway, we are looking forward to some exciting events this week! Cross country, bowling, football, and basketball will all be in action over the next several days. Here’s a brief rundown of what’s coming up this week:

Our cross-country teams competed well at the Class 6A Section 6 Championships. The boys were crowned Section 6 Champions and the girls finished runner-up in Section 6. Both teams qualified for the Class 6A State Championships which will be held on Saturday, November 11 at Oakville Indian Mound Park.

Our bowling teams were in action again last week picking up another region win. They are back in action this week against Oakwood and JV COED match against Sparkman.

The Randolph Raiders Football team dropped a non-region game 41-7 against the Fairview Aggies. The Raiders will host the Corner Yellow Jackets in the first round of the AHSAA State Playoffs. Per AHSAA requirements, all students and faculty must purchase a ticket for all Playoff games. Please click HERE to purchase your tickets.

Swim and Dive wrapped up their last regular season meet at Huntsville on Saturday, November 4. They now prepare for Sectionals on Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18.

Our JV and Varsity Girls Basketball teams get started this week. The Raiders are at home on Thursday, November 9 against Fort Payne. They also have games at Fort Payne and against Oakwood.

The JV and Varsity Boys Basketball teams get their season started on Tuesday, November 14 against Oakwood.

We appreciate your continued support for our student-athletes. Your presence at the games, races, and matches, and your enthusiasm truly make a difference. Wear your Raider gear, bring your noise, and show our Raiders the love they deserve.

Here's to a week of competition, camaraderie, and Raider excellence!
