RANDOLPH ATHLETICS

Randolph Athletics | 11/1/2023

Greetings Raider Nation!

As our fall sports end their regular season and prepare for postseason play, we are looking forward to some exciting events this week! Cross country, bowling, football, and swim and dive will all be in action over the next several days. Here’s a brief rundown of what’s coming up this week:

Our cross-country team is fresh off their last race at the Oakville Invitational. Both the boys' and girls' team are prepping for the Class 6A Section 6 Championships on Thursday, November 2 at Palmer Park in Madison, Alabama.

Our bowling teams completed their first full week of competition last week. Each team picked up their first region win against Oakwood Academy. The Raider bowlers are back in action this week with matches against ASCTE and Sparkman.

The Randolph Raiders Football team defeated the Priceville Bulldogs 28-24 and clinched a home playoff game for the third consecutive year. The Raiders will be on the road again this week as they travel to Fairview to take on the Class 5A, #9 ranked Aggies in the final regular season game.

Swim and Dive will compete at the Huntsville Invitational. This is the last meet before they start sectionals. The Huntsville meet will be held at the Huntsville Aquatic Center on Saturday, November 4 and will begin at 11:00am.

We appreciate your continued support for our student-athletes. Your presence at the games, races, and matches, and your enthusiasm truly make a difference. Wear your Raider gear, bring your noise, and show our Raiders the love they deserve.

Here's to a week of competition, camaraderie, and Raider excellence!
