A new season brings fresh energy and excitement for the Randolph Raiders Cheer program as Head Coach Alexis Hoffman and her squad prepare to lead Raider Nation with enthusiasm, school spirit, and pride throughout the fall.

"I'm so excited to kick off this season with the team," said Head Coach Alexis Hoffman. "The girls have been working hard at practice to make sure we're ready for our first football game and the pep rallies we have coming up. I'm looking forward to building on the foundation of the cheer program, creating new opportunities for our athletes, and watching this team grow together throughout the season."

Leading the Raiders this season will be senior captains Ellie Sandritter and Maleah Ballard, two athletes Coach Hoffman believes embody the leadership and culture the program strives to build.

"We have such a great group of seniors this year, and our captains, Ellie Sandritter and Maleah Ballard, have already been great leaders for the team," Hoffman said. "They lead by example, bring a positive attitude to every practice, and have done a great job helping create a supportive and encouraging team environment. I'm expecting big things from both of them this season, not only as athletes, but as leaders who can help set the tone for the team and make this a great year for everyone."

While the cheerleaders are focused on perfecting routines and energizing the crowd on game days, Hoffman hopes the entire Randolph community will play a role in making the season memorable.

"We hope Raider Nation will come out and support our football team at as many games as possible this fall," Hoffman said. "We have so many fun themes planned throughout this season, and we hope our students will go all out for each one. A great crowd and lots of school spirit make such a difference for our athletes, and we can't wait to see the stands filled with Raiders!"

In addition to supporting the football team, the Raiders are excited to strengthen connections across Randolph's spirit programs.

"We're looking forward to collaborating with our other spirit teams, including RAP Cheer, Middle School Cheer, and Dance," Hoffman added. "Most importantly, I want this to be a fun and memorable experience for our athletes while building school spirit together."

As the season gets underway, Randolph Cheer is ready to set the tone on the sidelines with enthusiasm, leadership, and Raider pride. With experienced senior leadership, a positive team culture, and exciting game day traditions planned throughout the fall, the Raiders look forward to creating an unforgettable atmosphere while supporting Randolph Athletics every step of the way.
