"This team brings great attitudes, a relentless work ethic, and a desire to improve every single day. They genuinely enjoy competing with one another and push each other to be better in every practice."

Randolph will be led by a talented core of experienced players. Jade Trownsell is expected to anchor the offense with her dominance as a middle hitter and blocker, combining physicality with a tireless work ethic.

KB Smith returns as the team's vocal leader and steady presence on the court. Her communication, leadership, positivity, and effort make her the heartbeat of the program, as she rarely leaves the floor.

Defensively, the Raiders look to be one of the area's strongest teams behind aggressive libero Kaitlyn Phillippe, whose hustle sets the tone for the entire defense.

While those players headline the roster, Coach Turner believes the team's greatest strength is its depth.

"Those are just a few of the leaders on our team," Turner added. "What makes this group special is that every player brings something valuable. Everyone has a role, and everyone contributes to our success."
