Head Dance Coach, Meredith Miller is expecting big things from the 2026-2027 Dance Team. “I am really looking forward to expanding the scope of the program this year. With the largest squad in program history, we are planning quite a few Upper School spirit surprises, along with an outside performance at a Trash Pandas game on September 2. Be sure to catch us on the sidelines, in LS carline, at UTCT, and at all the other special events we have planned!”

Head Coach Meredith Miller is looking to veteran Senior Captains Elle Woodington and Lila Mann to lead the way. “Both are extremely talented dancers, but more than that, they are both leaders and mentors. I know they will set the bar high for the 24 other girls.”

The Raider Dance Team welcomes eight talented newcomers to a group of 18 returning dancers, bringing the roster to a program-record 26 members. The incoming class includes one senior, one junior, one sophomore, and five freshmen. Together, the team is ready to fire up the football sidelines and make history as the largest dance program in Randolph history.

The Dance Team also hopes the Raider Community will turn out in a big way for all of Randolph’s fall sports. “With the changes to the AHSAA rules, all of our teams will face off against brand-new opponents, and we hope everyone will come out to cheer on all of the fall sport athletes.”

The Spirit Program is also entering the season with an exciting new resource. Thanks to a generous donation, the team now has 30 feet of rolling mirrors in the Leo Center. The mirrors will allow the dancers to have “true” practices and learn and clean routines more easily and efficiently.

“We are so grateful for the support of the Randolph Community and for seeing the value in what our team does for the school!”
