This team has been tested all season against a very tough schedule, with most of the losses coming against opponents ranked in the top 10 of their classification. Head Coach Cody Santos had this to say about their tough schedule, "That schedule was built to prepare us for area play and a deep playoff run, and it has done exactly that. The payoff has been an undefeated record in the area and the opportunity to win the area outright tonight, at Hazel Green."

This team has answered every challenge along the way. Despite injuries to key players and some tough losses, the players have embraced a next man up mentality and never let their spirit waver.
