The Varsity Boys’ Basketball team will travel to Madison Academy tonight, February 10, to face the Mustangs in the Class 4A, Area 15 Championship.

The Raiders are competing for their second Area Championship in the past three seasons under head coach Trey Hatfield. With this appearance in the Area Championship game, the Raiders qualify for the team’s second Sub-Regional appearance in the last three years, continuing a strong run of postseason success.

Grant Enfinger and Hudson Cloud were both named to the Class 4A, Area 15 All-Area Team following outstanding seasons.

Enfinger reached multiple historic milestones this year. He scored his 1,000th career point against Madison Academy on January 20 and recorded his 400th career rebound in a win over Pisgah. With those achievements, Grant became the first player in school history to reach both 1,000 points and 400 rebounds.

Several other Raiders also reached career highs this season, including Charlie White (23 points), Alex Kochanowski (23 points), Hayden Johnson (31 points), Hudson Cloud (16 points), and TJ Hood (14 points), highlighting the team’s depth and balanced scoring.

Come out to Madison Academy tonight to support the Raiders as they make a run to secure an area championship. Tipoff is set for 7:00pm.
