The boys’ team also delivered a strong showing in the distance events, contributing to a memorable weekend for the entire program.

“This season was personal for me,” said Head Coach Huff. “As a coach, I’ve never been more proud or inspired. Coaching is about more than workouts and race results—it’s about growth, belief, and becoming better together.

We brought seven girls to the AHSAA 4A State Championships, competing in seven events—and they gave it everything they had. They didn’t just show up—they showed out. They ran, jumped, and fought their way into the record books. What they accomplished is legendary. Randolph hadn’t won a state title in 31 years—until now.

I’m equally proud of our boys, who competed at state for the first time. Their effort and development were powerful reminders of the foundation being built—quietly, steadily, and with purpose. The boys’ program has a bright future.

This season was about grit, growth, and belief. These athletes made me a better coach—and this legacy is just beginning.”

As the team returns home with a championship trophy in hand, the 2025 season will be remembered as a turning point in the history of Randolph Track & Field.
