The Randolph Raiders Swim and Dive, both girls and boys, placed 5th overall out of 14 teams. The team set new personal records in several swims with sectionals qualifying times being achieved. Our first individual state cut was achieved by Abby Banks in the Girl's 200 I.M. Our Boy's and Girl's relay teams have officially qualified for the State Meet in both the 200 Free Relay and 200 Medley relay. Those relay teams are listed below:

Boy's 200 Free Relay: Andrew Derrick , Austin Shadinger, Ethan Engberg & Judd Lunsford

Girl's 200 Free Relay: Betsy King, Reagan Earls, Macie Meyer & Abby Banks

Boy's 200 Medley Relay: Andrew Derrick, Austin Shadinger, Ethan Engberg & Judd Lunsford

Girl's 200 Medley Relay: Abby Banks , Kat Sawyer, Caroline Feser & Betsy King

At this point in the season, we have a total of 20 swimmers qualified for sectionals, 6A-7A, with a combined 34 individual races. The swim team has two more regular season meets hosted by Grissom High & Huntsville High on October 28th and November 4th . The season will wrap up with Sectionals on November 17th and 18th. The AHSAA State Meet will be held on December 1st and 2nd .
