Meredith brings over 20 years' experience in business and Athletics Management in the Huntsville area to Randolph School.  She currently works as the Athletics Operations Manager handling finances, day-to-day operations, team/coach management, special events, and home gameday events. 

As a Huntsville native & lifelong competitive dancer, Meredith competitively cheered and played Varsity girls' soccer at Huntsville High School and then went onto to become part of the former Birmingham-Southern dance program.  After college, Meredith moved to Chapel Hill, NC and served as a UNC Dance Team Coach 1999-2001, where she gained invaluable program knowledge under a renowned staff. 

After moving back to Huntsville in 2001, she worked in medical sales for 23 years and she served as the Mayfair Director of Little Panther Cheerleading for 2 years and taught dance at a local studio for 9 years.  She and her family owned the local dance retail store, bloom, for over 20 years, an All-Star gym/gymnastics gym for 18 years, & she brings a genuine love of sports, dance, and coaching.
